Day 1 | Arrival – Kathmandu After arriving in Tribhuwan International Airport, you will be received and transferred to your hotel. Refresh and relax yourself; rest of the day will be at leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2 | Kathmandu :  This is the second day of your trip to Nepal and it will begin with fascinating sightseeing tour around Kathmandu Valley. Sightseeing tour includes visit around World heritage site such as Pashupatinath Temple, Swoayambunath (Monkey Temple), Kathmandu durbar square, Patan Durbar square any many more. There will be a short pre-trek discussion in the evening where the trek leader will explain you about the trek and the dos and don’ts. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 | Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding (2700m) :  Transfer to Kathmandu airport, early in the morning, for a flight to Lukla. Flight from Kathmandu up to Lukla is exciting, as you will be landing in what is known as the world’s most dangerous airport. You will be able to see the amazing views of the Himalayas surrounding the village. After reaching Lukla, your trek in Nepal will begin with the hike towards Phakding which will take about 3-4 hours. The walk from Lukla to Phakding is gradual with few uphill and downhill climb on the way. You will get a superb view of Kusum-Kangru, while crossing the short suspension bridge en route. Overnight stay at Phakding.

Day 4 | Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3440m) :  After breakfast, trek to Namche Bazaar from Phakding. From Phakding the trail is followed by several beautiful villages like Jorsale and Monjo. Monjo village is the gateway Point of Sagarmatha National Park. Crossing through the National Park the trail will finally take you to Namche. While trekking through the national park numerous species of flora and fauna can be explored. Namche Bazaar is the small and beautiful where all the facilities of lodges, markets etc. are available. Beautiful views of Thamserku peak and Kongdi Ri Himal can be seen from Namche. Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.

Day 5 | Namche :  Today is the day for acclimatization. After having breakfast explore the area around Namche bazar and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding peaks. One can also hike to Khumjung village and visit Hillary school and a monastery or visit Sherpa culture museum and Everest photo gallery as well. Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.

Day 6 | Namche –Monastery (3860m) :  Today the trek will be of around 5/6 hours starting from Namche and ending at Tengpoche. The first half of the walk is fairly simple and easy. Ascending from Namche towards Tengboche, you will experience the scenic beauty during the trail. Following the trail along the right side of Dudhkoshi River, you will reach Tengboche village. From Namche to Tengboche the trail is filled with the natural beauty of the hills, rivers and mountains. Tengboche Monastery, which is the largest monastery of Khumbu Region, is located in this village. Similarly, great views of Ama Dablam, Everest and other small ranges can be seen from Tengboche. Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Tengboche.

Day 7 | Tengboche – Dingboche (4350m) :  Today you will trek towards Dingboche. The path goes through a forest that has trees like birch, juniper, fir, rhododendron, etc. Then after you cross Imja River, you will reach Debuche (3650m). From here, the walk is mostly up-hill and continues to be so until you reach a large Mani wall gate. The way to Dingboche divides into two path from here. Trek further taking the path towards Pangboche village, with the trail giving views of Himalayan vistas and monasteries. Before ascending to Dingboche we have to come across through Imja valley and Lobuche River. Dingboche is a lovely place and you will find stone walls protecting the agricultural fields from cold winds and grazing animals. Overnight stay at Dingboche.

Day 8 | Dingboche :  This is another day of acclimatization in this trek which will help you further while climbing in higher altitude. You can go for a short walk around the village or might trek to Chukung (4730m). Chukkung valley is the best place for acclimatization. You can also hike up to Nagerjun from where you will be able to witness marvellous peaks like Lobuche East (6119m), Lobuche West (6145m), Thamserku (6608m), and Ama Dablam (6856m). While returning to Dingboche the trail is filled with natural beauty. Overnight stay at Dingboche.

Day 9 | Dingboche – Lobuche (4910m) :  Today, you will trek from Dingboche to Lobuche via Duglha taking approximately 5/6 hours, enjoying the company of Himalayan vistas an all sides. As you pass the narrow valley near to Dusa, you will be able to view Mt. Pumori and as the trail continues it will disappear into the horizon. Then before ascending Duglha you will have to cross a small stream. Duglha is a small village, with huge strand of prayer flags hung across the valley. After reaching this village, you can explore the beautiful sights. The trail continues through boulder-strewn slopes as you climb Chupki Lhara ridge from where you can enjoy the best views of Himalayan massif. On the top of this ridge, a number of prayer flags and stones are kept in memory of the climbers who lost their life during the climb of Mt. Everest. As the trekking trail drops down further you are awarded with the amazing views of Khumbutse, Lingtren and many more peaks. Overnight stay at Lobuche.

Day 10 | Lobuche – Gorakshep (5180m) – Everest Base Camp (5365 meters) – Gorakshep (5180m) :  Today will be an exciting and important day for you as you will visit the Everest Base Camp and have a close up view of world’s tallest peak Mt. Everest. The trail is a mix of ascends and descends through grassy fields, rocky moraine dunes, icy glacial ponds and icebergs up till Gorakshep. The trek from Gorakshep to EBC is a strenuous one. You must follow the leader as the paths change every season due to the movement of the glaciers. But once you reach to EBC, a grand view of the Khumbu ice fall awaits you. Admire the great views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Khumbutse, and Pumori Mountain. After enjoying the magnificent sights from the Base camp follow the trail and return to Gorakchep to spend the night.

Day 11 | Gorakshep – Kalapatthar (5545m) – Gorakshep – Pheriche (4120m) :  Kalapatthar is another point from where the dazzling views of snow-capped peaks can be seen. Start out early in the morning towards a steep trail which will gradually become easy before a steep trek towards the top to reach Kalapatthar. As you ascend up the hill, peaks like Lingtren, Khumbutse and Changtse can be seen. After reaching at the top of Kalapathhar you will see the 360 degree view of Mt. Everest and other small peaks. The Everest from this point looks closer than you will imagine. After spending some precious time out there, return to Gorak Shep. Then after the descent, move further towards Pheriche. Overnight stay at Pheriche.

Day 12 | Pheriche – Namche (3440 m) :  From Pheriche, the trail has a lot of ascends and descends. You will trek through beautiful rhododendron and juniper forests and cross a bridge over Dudhkoshi River. Descend further down through the pine forests where you will see mountain goats, pheasants and other wild animals and reach Namche. Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.

Day 13 | Namche – Lukla (2840m) :  The trek from Namche will start following the trail of rocky terrain. It will mostly be a downhill walk on the trail alongside the Dudhkoshi River. Crossing different suspension bridges and monasteries you will reach the village of Lukla. Overnight stay at Lukla.

Day 14 | Lukla – Kathmandu :  Board an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Explore the town or simply relax in your hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 15 | Departure :  Transfer to airport as your exciting tour to the mountains comes to an end!
