Day 1 : Srinagar

Arrival Srinagar Airport.Pickup from the airport and transfer to hotel.Rest of the day leisure.Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 2 : Srinagar-Sonemarg - Zojila - Drass - Kargil

Pickup from Srinagar. Transfer to Kargil via Sonmarg, Zojila and Drass. On the way visit Kargor War Memorial near Drass. Overnight stay at Kargil.

Day 3 : Kargil – Lamayuru - Leh

Drive to Lamayuru via Mulbek. Visit stone curved Buddha statue at Mulbek.

Lamayuri monastery is the oldest and biggest monastery in Ladakh. The monastery has some of the oldest frescos in the region. Landscape of the area is also famous for its moon like features. Later drive to Leh. On the way visit the confluence of Zanskar and Indus River, Magnetic Hill and GurudwaraPatthar Sahib. Overnight stay at Leh.

Ladakh, the fascinating high altitude plateau at India’s furthest northern frontier probably occupies one of the topmost ‘must visit destinations’ for the nature lover.

Originating from La-Tags – Ladakh means “ land of the High Mountain Passes” where Nature has sketched some amazing landscapes with stunning pastel to make man feel spiritually high In summer the valley wears the colour of sullen grey, silt laden and sometimes turning into violet. In autumn, the Indus valley is at the height of gracefulness-turquoise and aquamarine water weaving through golden banks of tall poplars and tumbling willows.

Ladakh falls under the state of Jammu & Kashmir, bordered by POK and Tibet. To the west is Kashmir and to south Himachal Pradesh. Indus river bisects the plateau and by the banks of Indus, sits Leh, the capital of Ladakh.

 Day 4 : Leh local Monastery and Palace Tour

Visit monasteries and other places of interest in and around Leh. Leh from its vantage on the northern crag there is a diminutive Potala. Visit Leh Palace –the 9 storied construction which is the replica of Potala Palace, Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame, Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, SindhuGhat. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 5 : Leh - PangongTso

Drive to PangongTso. Pangonglake forms a part of the border area between India and China. On the Indian side the lake is 40 miles in length and nearly 2-4 miles in width- the majority lies on the Chinese side of the border. It is said that 75% of the Lake is in China and only 25% is in India. The landscape on the way to Pangong is spectacular. This large, serene lake at an altitude of 13,930 ft. above sea level has a brilliant colour variations including deep blue, turquoise etc.

Overnight stay at a luxury camp at Pangong.

Day 6 :PangongTso - Leh

Return to Leh and overnight stay.


Day 7 : Leh - Nubra Valley

Transfer to Nubra Valley. Visit cold desert and enjoy the pleasure of Camel riding. Overnight stay at Hundar Village.

Originally called “Ldumra” meaning the ‘Valley of Flowers’. It is situated in the north of Ladakh region. The average altitude of valley is about 10,000 ft above the sea level. The main settlement are along the Shayok River and the Siachen River. The river belt areas are sandy and the vegetative cover includes green farmarisk and myricaria. One of the unique features of the landscape in Nubra is the sand dunes between Deskit( administrative center) and Hunder village.

Ancient trade route passed through Nubra valley and imprints can be seen even today. The double-humped Bactrian Camels of Silk route trade period still wander in the wilderness of the valley.

The drive between Leh and Nubra involves negotiating the Khardungla Pass ( 5602mtrs above sea level), which is considered as the highest motorable pass in the world.

Day 8 : Nubra Valley –Sumoor – Panamik - Leh

Start early morning. Visit Sumoor and Panamik, Return to Leh via Khardunglaand overnight stay.

Day 9 : Leh - Tsomoriri

Drive to Tsomoriri, situated in Changthang cold desert sanctuary, the area is inhabited by Changpa nomads. The area consists of vast wilderness and high altitude lakes. This is the best wildlife area in Ladakh; the lakes are the breeding ground of migratory birds. Overnight stay at a Luxury Camp beside Tsomoriri Lake.

Day 10 : Tsomoriri - Tsokar – Tanglang La - Leh

Morning enjoy at Tsomoriri. Later drive through Chanthang Wildlife Sanctuary and finally the road will meet Leh-Manali Highway. From here you will turn right and drive through Morey Plains to climb on to Tanglang La. After a brief stop on the Pass, drive to Leh by evening. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 11 : Transfer to Leh

Morning transfer to Leh. Tour ends.
